Before booking you should know:

  • The house cannot be used for a use other than the agreed upon one.
  • You cannot carry out activities that cause inconvenience to neighbors or that are illegal.
  • You must keep the property in good condition, otherwise you will have to respond for any damage caused, whether intentional or due to negligence.
  • You must respect the maximum number of occupants stipulated for the property.

  • Pets are not allowed.

  • No disturbing noises can be made after 10:00 p.m.

  • In the event that the property is vacated before the contract end date, no refund will be made on the total rental amount paid as vacation rental.
